BEIJING, Dec. 7 -- China's General Administration of Civil Aviation has put together the framework for charter flights between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan island for the 2007 Spring Festival.

    Six mainland airline companies will arrange nearly 50 flights. The four-week schedule starts on February 5 and will end on March 2. The destinations will be Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Taipei and Kaohsiung.
