GAZA, Feb. 2 (Xinhua) -- Fresh Hamas-Fatah clashes on Friday in northern Gaza Strip have killed 13 Palestinians, including a Fatah intelligence leader, with another 170 wounded, the pan-Arab al-Jazeera TV channel reported.
