JAKARTA, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- Two more people were killed on Saturday, bringing the death toll to seven in flood that swept through Jakarta, capital of Indonesia, and environs over the past few days.

The two were identified as Haji Sulaeman (58) and Romi (4), Antara news agency quoted a search and rescue team as saying.

Sulaeman died shortly after being evacuated along with his wife and three children from his house after being trapped for two days.

The team said it had difficulties evacuating the Sulaeman family as the flood engulfed their house to a height of two meters.

Romi died of malnutrition at a refugee camp in Petamburan, West Jakarta.

The flood also forced tens of thousands of people to flee their homes to higher grounds.
