SEOUL, April 7 (Xinhua) -- South Korea on Saturday issued a travel warning for Israel and Palestinian areas in case of potential kidnappings of foreign nationals.

    "Incoming intelligence reports point towards potential terrorist activities targeting foreigners in Jerusalem, the Gaza Strip and the West Bank," the National Intelligence Service (NIS) said in a statement.

    There have been a series of kidnappings in the region, including of French diplomats and a British journalist, since January, the NIS said.
