TOKYO, May 14 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar traded near a one-week high at the upper 104 yen level Wednesday morning in Tokyo.

    At noon, the dollar was quoted at 104.60-65 yen against 104.70-80 yen in New York and 103.60-63 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

    The euro traded at 1.5458-5463 dollars and 161.77-82 yen, compared with late Tuesday's quotes of 1.5468-5478 dollars and 162.07-17 yen in New York and 1.5524-5527 dollars and 160.86-90 yen in Tokyo.
