    HARBIN, July 11 (Xinhua) -- The Beijing Olympic torch relay in Harbin, capital city of China's northernmost province Heilongjiang, started at 8:10 on Friday morning at the Flood Control Monument, with the first leg run by Zhangdan and Zhanghao, silver lists at the 2008 ISU World Figure Skating Championships.
