    PYONGYANG, Aug. 3 (Xinhua) -- China's efforts for the Beijing Olympics will boost the development of the games, said an official daily of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Sunday.

    The official Minju Joson daily covered the latest developments of the preparations for the Beijing Olympics, saying Beijing will present its most beautiful image to the Olympics.

    Beijing's infrastructure has been promoted, with international airport and subway system being upgraded, it said.

    The paper also believes that the Beijing Olympics will promote world peace and friendship between different peoples.
