BEIJING, Sept. 6 (Xinhua) -- Chinese-style dishes were served on Saturday at a luncheon hosted by Chinese President Hu Jintao to welcome international dignitaries who are here to attend the opening ceremony of Beijing Paralympics.

On the menu was hors d'oeuvres, which was followed by four main courses -- chicken soup, Chinese-style beef steak, baby cabbage and Chinese broccoli, as well as lobster.

After the main courses were pastries, fruits and ice cream, while Great Wall red wine from Huaxia Vineyard and Great Wall 2002 white wine were served during the luncheon.

The guests could also enjoy the world famous Beijing Roast Duck as snack, together with moon cakes as the traditional Mid-autumn Day is drawing near. The image on the cheese cake was the mascot of the 2008 Paralympic Games.
