Samaranch sends regard to Chinese through Xinhuanet

    BEIJING, Sept. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- Honorary IOC President Juan Antonio Samaranch said China has hosted the best Games in the Olympic history and sent his regards to the Chinese people via Xinhuanet.com.
